Although it took me a good amount of time, because of (#1) vacations, (#2) summer work as a PHP coder and (#3) university, version 1.5 of my compressor, 7zX, is finally becoming a reality.
I just distributed version 1.5b1 to a first batch of trusted testers, in order to collect as many opinions as I can regarding stability, the new features, and whatever else can come to their minds. If everything goes as I planned, you will be able to download the final release in a few days.
In the mean time, I’m going to perform some more optimizations, and probably work on some extra features.

I know it’s taking more time than I initially thought. Right now, I’m waiting for some new icons (*hint*), and in the mean time I’m still working to add new features (*hint*).
At this point, I don’t know when 7zX 1.5 will be released. If we are lucky enough, today, or maybe tomorrow.
